We arrived in Buenos Aires at around 9AM. We did get some sleep thanks to Ambien!!!! Getting thru immigration and customs wasn’t too bad except for the $280.00 it cost us to enter Argentina.
Rich and Delia were waiting for us right outside of customs and we found our driver to take us to the hotel. We checked in to the Hilton and were able to get in our rooms early. Everything went very smoothly. Charlie and I took a walk and found a place to buy a bottle of wine, a baguette and a piece of cheese. We returned to the hotel and sat out on the deck by the pool with Rich and Delia and enjoyed our lunch. After this…we all went to our rooms and to sleep!!!!!
Alexandra, Wilhelm and Ursula returned from touring with Esteban around 5PM. It was good to see them again. Esteban had made a reservation at a steak house for dinner…..we all took a cab to the restaurant but unfortunately Esteban called and said he couldn’t make it. I was really looking forward to seeing him. We had a nice dinner…not great but good. After that, we all returned to the hotel and crashed!!!! Tomorrow we board the Infinity.
